Beyond this, restaurants may offer additional perks, such as discounts for specific times, dishes, or larger groups. We’re also introducing fun challenges supported by restaurants, adding an extra layer of excitement for your employees. This system ensures savings, engagement, and a dynamic dining experience tailored to your team.
What happens if an employee leaves a negative review?
All feedback is shared with the restaurant privately first, giving them 24 hours to address the issue. If unresolved, the review becomes public, ensuring accountability and quality.
